Attorney Stacy M. Moord obtained her undergraduate degree from USF and her Juris Doctrine Degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando Florida .
Stacy began her legal career in 1991 as a Deputy Sheriff. While with the Sheriff’s office, she held positions as a S.W.A.T Team Member, Field Training Officer, Corporal and Detective in Crimes Against Children. Stacy then conducted criminal investigations in the area of homicide and sexual abuse cases with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s office.
Stacy began her career as an Attorney with the Department of Children and Families prosecuting Dependency cases against parents for abandoning, abusing and neglecting children.
In 2017 - The Law Office of Stacy M. Moord P.A. was established and primarily practices in all areas of Family Law.
Stacy has a genuine compassion for protecting families and most importantly children.
Stacy is also a Certified Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Private Investigator and a former Florida Supreme Court County Mediator.
Stacy uses her knowledge and experience to aggressively and compassionately represent her clients.
